AIA Carnival is an annual festival in the Central Harbourfront, Hong Kong, celebrating its 6th successful year and attracting millions of visitors in the past few years, with its amusement rides, games, attractions, live performances and The Great Circus of Europe.

Brief & Challenge

Clearwater Communications provided event management, logistics and operations for the AIA VIP Lounge and AIA Zone activations, attracting visitors with engagements which eventised AIA’s brand promise of helping people live healthier, longer, better lives.


The activations raised awareness, interest and connection with AIA brand.

Experience & Execution

AIA Carnival visitors’ personalised greetings were projected onto an illuminated message board. Visitors took photos with their messages as an AIA Carnival keepsake.

Results

AIA’s VIP Lounge and AIA Zone brand activations created positive visitor engagements and experiences, and increased brand awareness, interest and connection with AIA brand.
