As part of their sponsorship activation at the 18th edition of ZoukOut Festival 2018, LAZADA Singapore has appointed the Clearwater team to manage this high-profile event management/production that includes the following scope of work:

•             Creative & Design

•             Production of Venue & Décor

•             Audio, Visual & Lightings Management

•             Manpower Management

•             Third-parties management

•             Onsite VIP List management

•             Liaison with the brand partners

•             Budget Management

The main objective was to create brand engagement (measurable impressions, engagement numbers & rate) and awareness to promote their 12.12 campaign. 



The LAZADA booth was sectioned into four zones – Revitalise, Relax, Recharge and Refuel with a couple of photo opportunities within the booth – Neon Tunnel and LED Wall right at entrance and Neon Quotes on Main Wall. The key factor was to make the LAZADA booth the most prominent right after partygoers enter the Festival, which also explains the bright and eye-catching concept.

Revitalise Zone houses renowned beauty brand, Estee Lauder, that provided touch-ups for partygoers throughout the night and a holographic photo wall to engage guests for photo-taking opportunities. JIJI was the official partner for furniture in the Relax Zone (bean bags) and Bar Seating Zone (LED Furniture). Meanwhile, Aukey was the official partner for Recharge that provided charging cables for partygoers to ‘recharge’ their phones the entire night. On behalf of our client, CwC liaised with all three brand partners and facilitated the flow and logistics provision on each zone. Refuel Zone houses ZoukOut’s every own LAZADA X Zouk Bar that provided bar counter for the general public, and another bar counter which was facing the Bar Seating Zone for the Lazada guests.

LAZADA @ ZoukOut 2018 is an overall success. CwC is proud to have managed and executed this outdoor music festival booth for our client, LAZADA Singapore; and it is an absolute pleasure to see partygoers indulging themselves in all the creations and highlights of the booth that our team worked to curate.
